By accessing our website, submitting a form, or engaging with any of our landing pages or digital content, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not submit your information or use our services.

These Terms are provided by The Purple Butterfly Healing Centre, operated by Bennett Social Work Professional Corporation.

"FREE Consultation AND NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback Session" means:

• One (1) complimentary 15-minute telephone consultation to discuss your questions and determine if services are a fit for your needs
• One (1) complimentary NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback session (approximately 45-60 minutes), including an introduction and demonstration session with our certified practitioner

This offer is available to new clients only (first-time visitors to The Purple Butterfly Healing Centre).

This offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis and is subject to practitioner availability. It may be modified or withdrawn at any time without notice.

Participation in the free session does not obligate you to purchase any additional products or services.

All sessions are conducted at our Cambridge, Ontario location: 39 Queen St. E (lower unit), Cambridge, Ontario N3C 2A7.

Program Name: The Purple Butterfly Healing Centre SMS Program

How to Opt In: You opt in to our SMS program by submitting your mobile phone number through our online form and checking the SMS consent checkbox. By doing so, you provide express written consent to receive automated text messages from The Purple Butterfly Healing Centre.

Types of Messages You Will Receive:

• Appointment booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Follow-up messages regarding your inquiry or session
• Occasional information about services you have expressed interest in

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You will typically receive 2-4 messages related to scheduling and confirming your appointment, and occasional follow-up messages thereafter.

Costs: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

How to Opt Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive one final confirmation message after opting out, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe. To re-subscribe after opting out, reply START.

NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback is a wellness and brain optimization technology. It is not a medical treatment and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, disorder, or medical condition.

The Purple Butterfly Healing Centre provides therapeutic social work services and wellness services delivered by qualified Registered Social Workers. Our services do not replace medical or psychiatric care. Please consult your physician or licensed healthcare provider before beginning any new wellness program.

Individual results from NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback and therapeutic services vary. No specific outcomes are guaranteed.

By booking an appointment, you agree to provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), may be charged the full session fee for subsequent paid sessions. Please refer to the Rates & Coverage page on our website for current fees.

The Purple Butterfly Healing Centre reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments and will provide notice as soon as possible in such circumstances.

All personal information shared in a therapeutic context is subject to professional confidentiality obligations under Ontario social work regulations. Please review our Privacy Policy and the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website for full details on the limits of confidentiality.

All content on our landing pages and website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is owned by or licensed to The Purple Butterfly Healing Centre and may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without express written permission.

NeurOptimal® is a registered trademark of Zengar Institute Inc. and is used with permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Purple Butterfly Healing Centre and Bennett Social Work Professional Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, forms, digital content, or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for the services in question.
